Zumba Fitness
Zumba is a latin inspired, non stop, calorie burning, easy to follow work out. Great fun for any age and ability. Come along and join the party. All classes are weekly, pay as you go or pay for a block of 10 and get 2 lessons free.
An hours class includes warming up the body, a bit of toning either bums, arms, legs or obliques, then enjoy 8 different routines which could include salsa, cumbia, merengue, reggaeton, african, bollywood, belly dancing with belly scarfs, pop, cha cha cha plus various others, the class finishes with a cool down. Each week I take out one routine and add a new one.

Clubbercise
Clubbercise is a fun class taught in a darkened room with disco lighting, lasers and flashing glow sticks set to uplifting club tunes. Easy to follow dance routines set to songs from the 90's classics to the latest chart-topper from the likes of Rihanna or David Guetta.
In the class you will be dancing non stop to 12 different routines, with a warm up and a cool down. Any age or ability will enjoy this new dance fitness class.

Dance Energy parties can be tailored to suit your needs – however, these are our most popular packages. Please contact us to discuss your party requirements. A 2-hour birthday dance party which consists of 1.5 hours of dance & games with 30 mins for food and cake (Not Provided). The teacher will stay all through the party to ensure the children have a great time. If they are performing a dance, the teacher will help them to perform this at the end to parents.

Dance Energy provides a fun dance class tailored to suit the bride.
You can choose different themes - Abba, Strictly Come Dancing, Zumba, Clubbercise or any other theme.
A dance can be choreographed especially.

Dancercise
Enjoy learning a fun dance routine each week, dancing through the decades or experiencing dances around the world. Great fun for any age and ability, a very friendly group.
Dancing through the decades includes - Charleston, 40's - Swing, 50's - Rock and Roll, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and Modern Dance this alternates to Dancing around the World which includes Bollywood, African, Irish, Spanish, Latin, French, Greek, Egyption, Scottish and many more.
